You are my magnet – I love that we want to be close to each other always… I will always look after you and keep you safe…
Our future will continue to be full of deep and meaningful conversations – whether it’s about future plans as a couple, or something completely random but very important at the time (like how a T-rex might drink a cup of tea with such short arms). Our life will be full of exciting adventures; love, care and laughs; and many cups of tea in bed at the weekends and holidays.
Last wedding of the 2017-2018 wedding season and it was a STUNNER! Harry Potter music walking Tabitha down the aisle, Emma’s punny humour, op shop waistcoats, and heartfelt vows that had everyone in tears … Everything was perfect! We even drew the witnesses’ names out of a hat – it was a celebrants’ dream! Aimee Kelly Photography (Taranaki) took amazing photos and it was such a team event: for example flowers by a friend’s mum, cakes by flatmates and mums, Zeal Hair Studio and Velvet Cherry! This community feel really played such an impact in the day and you could feel the love in the room for these brides.
Boomrock was the perfect setting (obviously!) and we did something a bit different and had the loved-up ceremony inside in front of the fire to escape the twirly Wellington winds. I have such a high opinion of Boomrock staff and they really pulled everything out of the bag for this wedding especially with the changeable weather throughout the day.
Thanks so much for inviting me into your home and asking me to play an important role in this chapter of your lives Tab and Em. Loving thinking about you both taking the world by storm while standing strong in love xx
Testimonial: ‘The best centrepiece we had at our wedding was Miranda. From the start she was the right mix of fun with the kind of underlying seriousness that helps you stay calm knowing that Miranda’s on it, she knows her stuff, she knows the venue, she knows the plans, and we can just relax and get on with planning a wedding. There was so much in the lead up, on the day and even afterwards that we knew was safe in her hands, and the peace of mind from having that trust was invaluable.
She took our ideas and picked up on all the little quirks with us that made our ceremony so absolutely true to who we are, but more importantly, she turned our awkward little snippets and turned them into pure poetry. All of our guests have commented on how unique and fun the ceremony was.’
