… You started dating and realised very early on that it was serious – you both realised you loved each other, wanted the same things in life, and wanted the other by your side for the future. You couldn’t imagine the future without the other person beside you.
This wedding still gives me the warm fuzzies. Matt and Claire are friends of friends and our paths have crossed at numerous parts of our lives. It was such an honour to officiate their special day which was more than just celebrating the two of them … it also celebrated their little one on the way.
Surrounded by loved ones, the Boatshed was transformed into a gorgeous venue with delish food by Finetouch Catering. Claire looked magnificent in a dress (top and skirt) Daisy by Katie Yeung altered by Sue’s Repairs and hair by the excellent Jo and Dom Styling. Matt looked dashing in a Barkers suit and flowers were by the amazing Katy Lam Flower in Auckland.
As always, it was fabulous working with the incredibly talented Larissa of Fineline Photography. She managed to capture the love between Matt and Claire perfectly and it’s always a pleasure working alongside her talent. Check out a selection of her photos below!
