I invite you to all make some noise as I now introduce to you for the first time: parents of Juke and Jackson and now New Zealand’s most recent married couple: Mr and Mrs Gregory!
This was such a beautiful wedding at Marisa and Dave’s beloved home, which they spent many painstaking months renovating and making just perfect for their special day. The landscaping and the view was something special, and it was an honour to be asked to officiate their beautiful, heartfelt, ceremony. Marisa looked absolutely stunning and rocked her Rue de Seine dress from Paperswan Bride while radiating happiness, and Dave just didn’t stop smiling the whole time (apart from a few nerves!). Their fur children – Jackson and Juke – were dressed to the nines and enjoyed the attention lavished upon them.
While the lead up to this weekend was a wee bit stressful with stormy weather and winds that were completely outside of our control, you wouldn’t have known it on the day. We ended up with an intimate Plan B, including a few hay bales for bridal party seats, with the swooning sounds of the Hustle Duo coaxing everyone to mingle … everything about the day was perfect! Perhaps the most important of it all, all of their loved ones were able to travel and attend before the world turned topsy-turvey, and looking at these photos, my heart is full.
Special shout out to their friend from the UK, Benjamin Robert Muir Wedding Photography who took care of the video and photos on the day. The video is full of emotions, and the photographs capture everything perfectly.
