My second day with Skinny Love Weddings was completely different than the first!! It was FREEZING and it poured with rain. ALL. Day. We went through plans A, B and C when the original garden setting at The Gatehouse in Lowry Bay was flooded out. Luckily, with some clever and quick thinking by the Skinny Love team, there are amazing spots around the property were we all snuggled for warmth. People were chilly but hearts were warm – and the photos are unbelievably swoon-worthy!

At the end of the day, five wonderful couples got married in what was a typical Wellington wintery day (even though it was March!), while surrounded by flowers by Table Flower and eating yummo Sweet Bakery cakes!

Congratulations to the newly married couples: Carol and Sebastian; Krystal and Sarah; Charlotte and Matt; Laura and Daniel; and Ali and Liam! Thanks for being amazing in the face of weather conditions but, looking at your photos, I’m almost glad the weather was gloomy as the photos are B.E.A.UTIFUL!  There are a few of my fav ones below.
