You are your own person but we fit together perfectly. You complete me and make me a better man. I can’t wait to see where life takes us – I picture a normal working life complete with healthy kids and a family environment, weeks spent as a family playing sport and exploring the great outdoors, and working together to reach our joint goals in life.

When thinking about my future I cannot imagine you not there next to me. I look forward to all the adventures that I am going to have with you as my partner and best friend. From transforming our new house into a home and building our own little family (including fur babies). Most of all I see continued love and happiness in a future with you.

What a glorious day for a wedding at the Boatshed on the Wellington Waterfront! This was the first time that Wellington’s weather enabled me to have an outside wedding at this location and there was a lovely feel of happiness and love for Alysha and Daniel – people walking past were yelling ‘congratulations’, boats tooted, and we all laughed when the wind tried to take the paperwork away.

Danielle Marlow took some beautiful photos of a beautiful couple. They had a lot of family help setting up and making this blank canvas venue a wonderful spot to celebrate their love. Make-up was done by Kate Keogh from Beauty Book, hair by Hereby and Michelle Scholtz at Room for Lashes; rings were Partridge Jewellers; and the beautiful dress was from wonderful Paperswan Bride. The yummy chocolate brownies were from Lashings omm nom nom.
